COUNSELLING

I am a BACP registered and accredited counsellor, psychotherapist and therapeutic coach, and an accredited professional registrant of the NCPS.  I trained and I work as an integrative counsellor and psychotherpist, which means rather than staying with one model of counselling, I use a combination of models and approaches from different theories.  At at the core of my integration is person-centred counselling from the humanistic schools of thought.   I trained as an integrative counsellor as I believe this means I can tailor your therapy to your specific needs. I am always happy to discuss my integrative approach and answer any questions you may have. 

Individual Counselling for Adults 18 years and over

People come to counselling for many different reasons, and your reasons for coming to see me will be personal to you. By coming to see me, I will offer you a safe and confidential environment, where you can identify, shed light upon and deal with your reasons for coming to counselling.  Together we can look at alternative ways of managing these thoughts, feelings and emotions, leading to a happier and more peaceful you.

Online,Telephone, Instant Messaging Counselling

Fees:

£55 per session for in  person, online, telephone, instant messaging.  Sessions are for 55 minutes.
